Prerequisite

Complete this step before proceeding to Authentication. Your requests will fail silently until your IP is whitelisted.

IP Whitelisting (Required)

Before consuming the Allaria API, it is mandatory to whitelist the IP address from which your application will make requests. Without this configuration, the API will not respond to your requests.

Contact support

Send an email to integraciones@allaria.com.ar and provide:

• Your client_id (provided during onboarding) or application name
• The public IP address you need to whitelist

Confirmation

The support team will confirm when your IP has been added to the whitelist. Once confirmed, you can start making requests to the API.

IP timeout

Requests from non-whitelisted IPs time out silently — the API returns no error or status code. Verify that your IP is correctly whitelisted before contacting support.
