Person and tax catalogues

Short enumerations for the personal and tax attributes of an account holder. They are stored at Allaria — not proxied from Esco — and every row has an opcion (the label) and, on some of them, a codigo.

Which one you send differs per catalogue. The table below is the authoritative mapping; the values are listed in full because these lists are short and stable.

Business accounts use IDs, not labels

On Open business account, the entity and its shareholders take residencia_fiscal_id and provincia_fiscal_id — the id of the row, not its opcion. The individual endpoint takes the opcion string. Same catalogues, different field.

Anything other than No makes motivo_consideracion_pep required — always on business accounts, and on individual accounts for external PSPs.

On Open individual account this field is only enforced for foreign document types — when tipo_documento is not the DNI code, it becomes required. For an Argentine DNI it is ignored.

Tax residence — residencia-fiscal

Send opcion — the country name in Spanish, e.g. Argentina, Estados Unidos, Brasil. The list covers every country, so query the endpoint rather than embedding it.

Two conditional fields key off this value:

When residencia_fiscal is…	Then
anything other than Argentina	numero_impositivo (the foreign tax ID / NIT) becomes required
Estados Unidos	ssn becomes required

Note the spellings are exact: Santa Fé carries the accent, CABA is abbreviated, and a holder outside Argentina uses No Residente.
